Fantastic Stay, Great Location!

The hotel is right by the train station and ferry terminal. Breakfast had a great variety. The staff was very helpful! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had nice features. I loved that bar facilities allowed for both intimate and group settings.
The noise from traffic at night was pretty intense! I wish there had been better soundproofing.

I found the building to be lovely and the breakfast options excellent. the bed was very comfortable with a fantastic view over the harbour, even in rainy weather. the bathroom was very nice with lovely toiletries provided. I appreciated this attention to detail.
i would appreciate coat hooks in the room.

the front desk reception was able to fit me in and did so with politeness. i had fantastic views of the water. i took advantage of the spa services by getting a facial.
i stayed here in june 2024. the beds seemed more like double beds so i didn't sleep well. the sheets had some stains and i saw nail clippings on the rug. breakfast was disappointing. my husband's eggs were cold too.
